How do I place my order?

All Above & Beyond: Group Therapy Weekender Travel Packages and VIP tickets must be purchased online. Pre-Sale begins on Wednesday, February 8th, 2023 at 10 AM PT and will remain open until Friday, February 10th, 2023 at 10 AM PT or until sold out. All Travel Packages and VIP tickets will then be made available to the public on Friday, February 10th, 2023 at 10 AM PT. After you click purchase next to your desired package of choice, you will be directed to our ticketing agent to make and finalize your order. Within the purchase process you will be able to select your ticket type as well as your desired bed type

Do the Above & Beyond: Group Therapy Weekender Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, Group Therapy Weekender Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to purchase and check in at the hotel; therefore, the primary booker must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Please note the event is strictly for persons 18 years and older. Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID and credit card.

Do the travel packages come with concert tickets for all 3 nights?

They sure do! All Travel Packages include two (2) or four (4) tickets to Above & Beyond at The Gorge on July 21st, 22nd and 23rd. Based on availability and package selected, you will have the option to choose between General Admission, Early Entry, Retreat or Super Retreat tickets with your Travel Package

How and where will I receive my tickets for the Above & Beyond: Group Therapy Weekender event?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you. All tickets for Above & Beyond: Group Therapy Weekender will now be digital. You will receive your digital tickets in your Ticketmaster account/app on Wednesday, July 5th at 9am PT. If you purchased a Travel Package, you will be required to use the same email address used to purchase to receive your tickets in your Ticketmaster account. Don’t worry, there will be a friendly and knowledgeable 100X Staff member at each hotel on check- in day to help you with any questions or issues that arise.

How do I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise must be picked up on-site at your hotel during check-in. Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event. As the event gets closer, the package purchaser will receive an email from 100X Hospitality with all the event details including times and locations for check-in.

Is there a payment plan for these packages?

Yes! There is a payment plan for these travel packages. An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and a final 40% payment will be automatically deducted on 3/8/23. If you purchase after 3/8/23, you will be charged for the full payment at the time of your purchase. This is an automatic payment plan, meaning you’re on the plan simply by clicking “purchase!”

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Hotel Travel Packages?

If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of your travel package, please contact 100xhospitality Guest Services. Be sure to include the event name and your order number when emailing.

Is the price listed on the website for Travel Packages the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website is the price for two (2) or four (4) guests, not including fees and taxes.

What time is check-in and check-out at each hotel?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

100X abides by the hotel policies below:

  • Best Western Plus Lake Front Hotel: 4 PM Check-In, 11 AM Check-Out
  • Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moses Lake: 3 PM Check-In, 12 PM Check-Out
  • Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center: 3 PM Check-In, 11 AM Check-Out

What parking is available at each hotel?

100X Travel Packages do not include parking. Please visit each hotel’s respective website for information and rates regarding parking.

  • Best Western Plus Lake Front Hotel:
    • Offers free parking
  • Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moses Lake:
    • Offers complimentary self parking
  • Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center:
    • Offers free parking

What is the best way to get to the shows?

If you purchased a hotel Travel Package, there is round-trip transportation from the hotel to the Gorge and back included in your package.

Where are the closest airports?

Please see below for the closest airports.

  • Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)
  • Pangborn Memorial Airport (EAT)
  • Yakima Air Terminal (YKM)

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly and be sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Please note, the front desk will most likely not have your travel package reservation information just yet. Once you have booked the additional night(s), you can contact 100xhospitality Guest Services to request to connect the reservations. While we will do our best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability.

I transferred my digital tickets as a gift. How will the new ticket holders check into their hotel room and pick up their merchandise items?

If you have transferred your tickets, the initial purchaser will need to  contact 100xhospitality Guest Services, using the same email address they used to purchase, and notify us of the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update their reservation.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100X Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. That being said, we are just a bunch of people trying to make your experience better so if you email us, and we have a waiting list, we could take the package back. We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we do in fact issue a refund on the package price.

Can I use my 100X package for a promotional giveaway?

No. Please see our purchase policy for more details.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a travel package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test.
